Delana Watson

My name is Delana Watson, and I am so excited to serve as the VP of Marketing for the 2025-2026 term! Last year, I held the Director of Social Media position which gave me great insight on how to manage social media and ultimately, will help me as VP of Marketing! 

A few fun things to get to know me: I am a sophomore digital marketing and graphic design double major here at BW. I I am from Parma, OH and also a commuter! Some of my favorite things include: reading (I bring my Kindle absolutely everywhere), going to get coffee, country concerts (Morgan Wallen is my favorite!), anything Disney, taking pictures & videos of everything, and I love to laugh and be silly. 

Prior to coming to BW, I had wanted to join a sorority since 7th grade. My dad, my best friend, and I had a volleyball tournament in Columbus right near Ohio State. I made my dad drive us around to look at all of the sororities which made me even more excited. By first impression, I can be very shy, but I still went through recruitment to help me get out of my shell, and it still is one of the best decisions I have made! I can't begin to imagine my time at BW without Alpha Phi. When I think of BW I think of Alpha Phi, my Alpha Phi sisters, and all of the memories I have within the chapter. I also never thought my shy self would hold an Exec position! I am so excited to be alongside some of the greatest women I know, and am excited to see what all of the amazing women on this years board accomplish this term, together!
