My name is Arianna Wasco, and I am currently a junior at Baldwin Wallace University, double majoring in AYA Education with Integrated Mathematics and Mathematics. I grew up in North Royalton, Ohio, where I was raised in a big, and loving family with five brothers. Growing up as the only girl shaped who I am, and family has always been one of the most important parts of my life.
I chose Baldwin Wallace because of its exceptional teaching program and because it allowed me to stay close to the people I love most. From the moment I arrived, BW felt like home—and over time, it truly became my second home. I’ve found a community here that supports my goals, challenges me academically, and encourages me to grow both personally and professionally.
Speaking of second homes, I found one in Alpha Phi. After growing up without sisters, I was looking for genuine connections and lifelong friendships, and Alpha Phi gave me exactly that. My sisters are some of the kindest, most genuine, and most supportive people I have ever met, and they continue to inspire me every day. Outside of school, I also coach the girls’ wrestling team at North Royalton High School, something I am extremely proud of and passionate about.
My sisters have helped me grow so much and continue to shape the person I am becoming. I am beyond grateful for this chapter of my life, and I cannot wait to see what this term will bring 🤍✨
